Cornell Scott - Hill Health Center is committed to providing accessible, comprehensive and quality primary and behavioral health care to low income and underserved residents in the Greater New Haven area. Cornell Scott Hill Health Center is a private, non-profit community health center that was established in December 1968. It provides comprehensive preventive and primary care services from 18 locations in the New Haven area. Services include medical, dental, laboratory, nutrition, nursing, behavioral health, and programs for special populations, such as homeless people and persons with AIDS.
