I am a psychoanalytically oriented psychologist with a specialty in child/adolescent psychotherapy and parenting work. I have been in private practice over 25 years. Prior to private practice I worked in all types of inpatient and outpatient settings- adolescent inpatient and partial hospital, child guidance clinic and residential treatment for children and adolescents. I have taught various psychology courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. For the last 7 years, I have supervised psychology interns, post-doctoral students and faculty at the West Haven Mental Health Center- a Yale training site. Currently, I am running an adolescent ADH/IOP at Yale New Haven responsible for Program Development, education and training of the staff and supervision of psychology fellows.
