Yale/Stanford Johnson & Johnson Global Health Scholars Program
Thank you for your interest in the Yale/Stanford Johnson & Johnson Global Health Scholars Program. Our established program rotations sites are in South Africa, Uganda, Indonesia, Rwanda and Colombia. In 2015-16, we have not selected Scholars to go to our site in Liberia.
In 2015-2016, Johnson & Johnson is sponsoring 40 physicians selected from applicants at Yale, Stanford and five other institutions. In addition, we have selected 11 residents from three institutions, some of whom are in an unfunded category. This extremely qualified group will be able to rotate through our sites, and use all the resources available to the sponsored group, but they will not receive the J&J financial award that covers the costs of their travel and lodging. We are honored that the J&J program's reputation, on-site support and supervision given to J&J scholars has generated this level of interest and commitment to our goals of developing human infrastructure at our partner sites.
