Option 1: Online Giving
Visit the Yale School of Medicine online donations page
The link will take you directly to the Gift Details section. Once you are there, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Gift Details Section
- Enter the dollar amount for the fund you would like your gift to support. If the fund is not listed, use the “other” field and type in the fund name/information.
Step 2: Select your gift type
Step 3: Enter your contact information
- Please note: In the “What is your primary affiliation?” section, use the drop down box to select an option. For grateful patients/grateful patients families, you can select “Friend”
Step 4: Please fill out the remaining fields, as required, and then click Pay with card or check out with PayPal.
Option 2: Check Donations
For check donations, please make your check payable to Yale School of Medicine – Dept of OBGYN.
On the memo line, indicate the gift designation and mail it to:
