      Dr. Phatak received her medical degree from India and completed her Pediatric internship and residency at Goryeb Children’s hospital in NJ. She completed her fellowship training in Pediatric Gastroenterology at Yale New Haven Children’s hospital. During fellowship, Dr Phatak's research focused on understanding the immune mechanisms in children with inflammatory bowel disease. She provides care to children with inflammatory bowel disease at the multidisciplinary pediatric IBD clinic on Tuesday mornings at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital in New Haven.

      Dr. Koral Board Certified Pediatric Gastroenterologist in the Section of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He completed a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and stayed at Case for medical school. He completed his pediatric residency at the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland in 2012. After a year of general pediatrics, he completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore. His interests include eosinophilic esophagitis,  endoscopy and therapeutic endoscopy. He is building a multispecialty Eosinophilic Esophagitis program at Yale and pioneering Transnasal Endoscopy in Connecticut.  He is currently seeing patients in Trumbull and New Haven.
