My fellowship year at Yale was a fantastic experience that prepared me for an Orthopaedic Trauma career. I trained with exceptional educators who are also genuinely nice people. The staff is also amazing. There is high case volume, high complexity, and high yield learning. Overall, it was an invaluable experience.
