125X magnification of undemineralized mouse acetabulum and proximal femur stained with toluidine blue O stain, pH 3.7. Bones were embedded in methylmethacrylate and cut to a thickness of 5μm before staining.
This laboratory is equipped with two Olympus DP70 digital cameras and Olympus BX40, Olympus SZX7 and Nikon Labophot microscopes for low power and high power microscopic imaging.
